"SEO Courses" means the search engine optimization training courses provided by ElevateSEO.
"Student" means the individual enrolling in the ElevateSEO SEO Courses.
"Student Data" means the personal information provided by the Student, including name, email address, and payment details.
The SEO Courses
ElevateSEO provides online and in-person SEO training courses to help students improve their search engine optimization skills.
Students must complete all course requirements to receive a certificate of completion.
ElevateSEO reserves the right to deny access or terminate a Student's enrollment for violation of these terms or inappropriate conduct.
Student Data and Privacy
ElevateSEO collects Student Data solely for the purpose of providing the SEO Courses and maintaining the integrity of the educational program.
ElevateSEO does not sell, exchange or share Student Data with third parties without the Student's consent, except as necessary to deliver the courses or as required by law.
ElevateSEO takes measures to securely store and process Student Data in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
Intellectual Property
The SEO course materials and content are owned by ElevateSEO and protected by copyright.
Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for their personal educational purposes.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction or commercial use of the course materials is prohibited.
Fees and Payment
Students shall pay the fees for the SEO Courses as specified by ElevateSEO.
Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which the Student is responsible for paying.
Refund and cancellation policies apply as outlined in the course enrollment agreement.
Termination
ElevateSEO may terminate a Student's access to the SEO Courses for violation of these terms or other inappropriate conduct.
Upon termination, the Student's right to access the SEO Courses will end.
Limitation of Liability
ElevateSEO's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Student for the specific SEO Course.
Neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
